Nobal Sanat provides a wide range of services to its customers, including initial training before purchase and follow-up training after purchase. All of these services are delivered by specialist staff with the aim of resolving problems and maximising the efficiency and performance of the filling machines.
Depending on customer requests and needs, these services are provided either remotely or on site with a technician dispatched, and cover consulting and guidance, supply of spare parts, installation and commissioning, and overhaul of older filling machines.
After manufacturing, every machine is moved to the testing section, where customers can see and test their filling machinery in operation. All filling machines built by the company come with a 12-month warranty and lifetime after-sales service.
