It is fair to say that Nobal Sanat, with 31 years of experience designing and building filling machinery for the chemical, cosmetic and hygiene, and agricultural sectors, backed by a skilled technical team and forward-looking management, supplies packaging equipment and services and has had the privilege of working with hundreds of major companies in Iran and abroad.
Nobal Sanat Engineering and Design Co. formally began operating in Safadasht in 1996. The company designs and builds a broad range of industrial equipment, including packaging line machinery for oil, grease, drums, paint, thinner, antifreeze, aerosols, shampoo, bleach, pesticides and chemical fertilizer.
Nobal Sanat Engineering and Design Co. has consistently worked to raise product quality through sound and innovative management practices in the design and manufacture of filling machines and equipment, and to remain the customer preferred choice year after year. Aiming to keep moving up the path of excellence, the company has achieved considerable success with its valued customers: more than 1000 machines sold to reputable manufacturing plants at home and abroad, and the trust those customers place in Nobal Sanat, are evidence of this.

What Sets Nobal Sanat Machinery Apart:
Today, after 31 years of experience and innovation in the packaging industry, Nobal Sanat Engineering and Design Co. serves its valued customers in two areas: design and manufacturing, and consulting and development. Drawing on experienced staff, coordinated planning, precise engineering, a reliable supply chain and a professional software team using E-plan and AutoCAD, the company designs and builds filling machines with the highest production speed and maximum accuracy.
Invention and Innovation:
Nobal Sanat Engineering and Design Co. is known as the first manufacturer of pump-system filling machines in Iran. Around 25 years ago the company designed and built the first series of this type of filling machine, using a new pump and timer system that ran counter to the experience of other machine builders in Iran and abroad and was used for filling liquids. Those first units are still running today in customer plants. One of the earliest examples of the pump and timer filling machine was commissioned 25 years ago at Dr. Jahangiri Laboratories in Khorramabad, Lorestan province, and is still in service after 25 years (a video is available in the products section).
This Nobal Sanat innovation ran against the common filling machines of the time, which used a cylinder and piston, and drew criticism from machine builders and buyers. Through persistence and improvements in quality and technology, Nobal Sanat introduced and established the pump system in Iran. Today it is an accepted system, endorsed by buyers, and dozens of packaging machine manufacturers in Iran now build machines with it. By passing on training, technology and guidance to other machine builders, Nobal Sanat takes pride in the fact that many companies now produce filling machines using the pump and timer system it pioneered.
The main features that set Nobal Sanat filling machines apart, and mark a small step toward the smart factories of the future, are:
1- Robust mechanical structures and frames in carbon steel with heavy-duty profiles
2- Use of genuine branded electrical and electronic components and other original parts with holograms
3- Machine sections carrying acidic, semi-acidic or corrosive materials made from 316 stainless steel
4- Intelligent machine control, with all commands including motion, product discharge, stop-start and the control circuit handled through a PLC panel
5- Multiple sensors for intelligent operation, keeping machine error rates low
6- Simple, user-friendly operator interface
7- Ongoing operator training before purchase, and after purchase during the warranty period and for the life of the machine
8- Machines configured from standard modules, giving a neat and compact layout
History:
Nobal Sanat Engineering and Design Co., as the inventor and originator of pump-system filling machines, began work in the 1980s designing and building packaging and filling machinery, and in 1996 adopted its name with the aim of bringing innovation to this field in Iranian industry. Now, after 31 years of distinguished experience, the company continues its work. Three decades of unbroken activity have given Nobal Sanat Engineering and Design Co. a clear understanding of customer needs. Throughout all those years the goal has been simple: to be the best and to earn customer trust and satisfaction.
31 years ago Nobal Sanat began designing and building packaging machinery with its first shampoo filling machine.
CEO Profile:
Seyed Ali Khoshnevis was born in July 1949 in Shahsavar and graduated in metallurgical engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology in 1973. In 1985 he began working in the design of packaging machinery, and in 1996 founded Nobal Sanat Engineering and Design Co. With more than three decades of experience in packaging machinery and collaboration with reputable companies in Iran and abroad, he has made two key elements, quality assurance and customer relationships, the strategy behind the company success.
Nobal Sanat was founded under the forward-looking and distinguished leadership of Mr. Seyed Ali Khoshnevis, and from the very beginning his message and firm belief have been customer focus and mutual trust.
